Brad Masterson's 1951 Chevrolet Fleetline, of Lynwood, California was inspired by Tony's Fleetline.

1951 Chevrolet Fleetline restyled by Tony Tellez of Los Angeles, California. Restyling of the car included nosed hood, frenched headlights, and a 1954 Pontiac grille bar. In the rear, taillights have been removed and installed inside the Kaiser bumper guard bullets, the trunk lid has been shaved and electrically operated. The door handles were also replaced by electric pushbuttons. The car was lowered by cutting the coils in front, and installing blocks on the rear springs. All window frames, and the steering column were chromeplated.[1]

Brad Masterson of Masterson Kustoms in Lynwood, California was inspired by Tony's Fleetline. He saw some old photos of the car while working for George Barris in North Hollywood, and figured out it was a nice car to build.[2]
