Per Ivar Kolgrov's 1948 Mercury Convertible of Oslo, Norway was restyled around 1963/1964. The car is known as the first custom cars of Norway.

Per Ivar Kolgrov was a butcher from Oslo, Norway. In the early 1960s he built one of the first known Norwegian custom cars. The build was based on a rusted out 1948 Mercury Convertible.
