1950 Ford two-door restyled by Wirth's Body Shop for Paul Sobeck of San Jose, California. Bill Babb at Wirth's Body Shop fitted Paul's Ford with gracefully shaped hooded headlights. This was accomplished by molding sheet metal onto the existing front fender. The opening was reshaped and fitted with horizontal bars from a 1956 Chrysler Windsor and a chromed tubular outer shell. Bill designed a hooded rear deck license plate housing that was fitted with mesh around the plate. The body was nosed, decked and shaved for door handles. Lake plugs, custom hubcaps, chromed window frames, a louvered hood, lowering, special side trim a scallop paint job by Joe Crisafulli and custom upholstery wrapped up the style. Sobeck's Ford was known as "Miss Mist".[1]
