1952 Mercury convertible owned by Ken Foress of Lansing, Michigan. Ken's Mercury was mildly restyled and, it featured a shaved hood. Gone were the emblem, the lettering and the chromed fake scoop trim. The bumper guards were also removed to clean up the front on the car additionally. The door handles were shaved, and the car was fit with 1953 Mercury side trim. 1953 Mercury trim was also installed on the rear quarter panels, in front of the wheels. In 1959, Jerry Drake, aka Spider the Crazy Painter, gave the car a flame paint job at Cooper Body Shop. This version ran 1959 Plymouth hubcaps.
