The Juxtapod is a Swedish show rod built by Mattias Andersson at LeBeef Kustom Metal Works for Johan Belin and Ludvig Löfgren. The Firestone 560-15 2 3/4 Inch Whitewall tire is perfect up front on the restored version of Eddie Dye's 1929 Ford Model A Roadster. An old hot rod built by the Ayala Brothers at Gil's Auto Body Works in the early 1950s. The build was completed in 1951, and the car was later restored by Circle City Hot Rods for Tom Bobowski. The restoration was completed in 2018, and this iteration of the car received Firestone 560-15 2 3/4 Inch Whitewall tires up front, and Firestone 710-15 3 1/4 Inch Whitewall Tires in the rear. The 560-15 tire is a popular hot rod front runner when combined with a larger rear tire. It is also authentic for many European cars such as Alfa Romeo, Fiat, MG, and Volkswagen. From 1953 to 1974 this size was used on millions of Volkswagen Beetle and Karman Ghia's.[1]
