Earl Bruce's 1940 Ford
1940 Ford Three-Window Coupe owned by Earl Bruce of Hollywood, California. Earl bought the car brand new in 1939. He drove it around for a while until he decided to get it chopped. Earl's car was chopped 3 inches by Roy Hagi, and Chuck Porter punched the louvers in the hood. Other body work was done by Dick Summers of Hollywood. Fenders were cut away with no running boards used and the stock taillights were replaced by 1940 Buick units. Valley Customs later re-painted it. The car is still around, owned by its original owner Earl Bruce.
