Charles Scott's 1929 Ford

1929 Ford Model-A Roadster built and owned by Hornets member Charles Scott of Scotty's Mufflers. The rear wells were filled and a set of 1939 Ford taillights were installed. The car featured a 1945 Mercury engine with home made ignition. The car made 121 mph at El Mirage in April 1948.[1]
