Alex Xydias

Alex Xydias was born March 22, 1922, in Los Angeles, California. He is a hot rod pioneer, and is best known was the founder of So-Cal Speedshop in Burbank, California.


Alex graduated from Fairfax High School in 1940. His first car was a 1929 Ford roadster.


Ales started So-Cal Speedshop right after he got out of the Army Air Corps in 1946.[1]
